RETURN POLICY
- You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it.
- Contact us through your order by Shopify or order@charlottebonde.com and we will provide you an return label.
- Print the label and put it on the return package and leave it at nearest postoffice.
- After receiving the return we make a refund directly and you will recieve an email of the refund.
- If you order from abroad, you are obligated to pay the return fee.
- Please contact us at order@charlottebonde.com if you have any questions about your order.
