Shipping

We deliver your order to the delivery address you have requested in checkout within 1-3 days (working days). We use Postnord for shipping and after the purchase are made you will recive a tracking number. We have free shipping over 1000 SEK. Purchase under 1000 SEK have a shipping fee of 39 SEK. We have free returns within Sweden. 
If you order from abroad the shipping price are 99 SEK. 

Note: If you don´t pick up your package in time at the post office, it will be returned to us and you will be charged with a handling/return fee of 150 SEK. 

Return 

• You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it.
• Contact us through your order by Shopify or order@charlottebonde.com and we will provide you an return label.
• Print the label and put it on the return package and leave it at nearest postoffice.
• After receiving and inspecting the return we make a refund directly and you will recieve an email of the approved refund.
• If you order from abroad, you are obligated to pay the return fee.
• Please contact us at order@charlottebonde.com if you have any questions about your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Purchases to a country out of EU

When you buy a product from a non-EU country, local taxes such as customs fee may be added.
The customer are obligated to pay for those fees.
