Return & Refund Policy

At Charlotte Bonde, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused
- be in its original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
You can start your return in one of the following ways:
- Through your Shopify customer account and order history
- By contacting us at order@charlottebonde.com
Once your request has been approved, we will provide:
- a return shipping label (for domestic orders)
- instructions on how to prepare your package
- information about where to send your return
Please print the label, attach it to the package and leave it at your nearest postal service location.
Return shipping
Sweden
For approved returns within Sweden, we provide a return shipping label.
International orders
For orders shipped outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply:
- initiate a return through your customer account, or
- contact us at order@charlottebonde.com
You will receive confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Our voluntary 30-day return policy extends this statutory right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive another item is to:
- Return the original product.
- Place a new order once the return has been approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- incorrect,
please contact us as soon as possible at order@charlottebonde.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue, so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to your original payment method
- processing normally takes up to 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at order@charlottebonde.com.
Personal data and GDPR
To process your return or withdrawal request, Charlotte Bonde processes personal information including your name, contact details, order number and payment information.
This information is processed solely for the purpose of:
- managing returns and refunds,
- complying with legal obligations,
- providing customer service, and
- preventing fraud.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations.
