Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unworn and unused
- be in its original condition
- include all original tags and packaging
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Items returned without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple.
- Sign in to your customer account.
- Open your order history.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Choose the item(s) and submit your return request.
Once your request has been submitted, you'll receive confirmation and instructions for the next steps.

This online return process can also be used to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for orders delivered within the European Union.
Return Shipping
Sweden
For approved returns within Sweden, we provide a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to prepare and send your package.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Sweden, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply:

Returned items must:
- be unused

- include proof of purchase or your order number
Our voluntary 30-day return policy extends this statutory right and gives you additional time to return your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive another item is to:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order once your return has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- incorrect,
please contact us as soon as possible at order@charlottebonde.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue, so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- refunds are normally processed within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact order@charlottebonde.com.
